Introducing My YouTube Channel!

John Bosley Fountain Pen Education 5 Comments

At the beginning of this year, I told myself that I would finally sit down and record some videos to upload to my neglected YouTube channel. Guess what? I did! My goal with the videos I record is to provide something a little different than what’s already out there for the fountain pen community. Of course, I’ll probably create some videos that already exist in some form or another, but hopefully with my own spin. I’m also trying to create videos that are enjoyable, educational and even interactive!

One example of an interactive video is my “Write With Me” series. These videos are done so that you can write words with me and practice your handwriting, while at the same time relaxing a little bit. Watch them multiple times and change up your handwriting each time! Each video focuses on words that start with the same letter, so look for a total of 26 videos by the time I’m done with the series.

Some posts will compliment blog posts that I’ve already written on this site, like this walkthrough of How To Create An Ink Journal:

I have plans for quite a variety of videos, including some paper/notebook reviews, doodle tutorials, a peek at my vintage ink collection and many more. If these videos interest you and you’d like to get updates when I upload new ones, please subscribe to my YouTube channel.

If there is anything you’re interested in seeing covered in a video, please let me know in the comments. Happy watching!

Hi Monica! That’s so great that you have found a way to enjoy pens while keeping your boy entertained. 🙂 Thanks so much for reading and watching what I put out there. More to come!

  2. John, loved your instructions on photography of fountain pens. . As an eBay seller I’m continuing trying to simply improve my photos. Some of your instruction was easy to understand and made so much sense. Thank you for taking the time and knowledge to share.
